2011 marks a pivotal point in the history of PC Construction. The company just completed a 10-year transition from Pizzagalli Construction to that of an employee-owned organization (E.S.O.P.), now referred to as PC Construction. As part of this transition, PC Construction reinvented their image and technological capabilities of the corporation. 

The new PC Construction offices, located at 193 Tilley Drive in South Burlington, serves as the focal point of that transition. The new corporate headquarters not only reflects the storied history of Pizzagalli Construction, but has also created a new organizational structure, a new level of technological sophistication, and an identity of sustainability in the construction industry.  

Incorporated into the building design are super-graphics which feature real photos of historical events from Pizzagalli Construction’s past. The building is LEED silver certified representing PC Construction’s commitment to environmental sustainability and is infused with technology including remote teleconferencing capabilities and communications as well as a "Bullpen" for finalizing project estimates. The facility also offers a fitness room to promote health and wellness for its staff. 

With this building, PC Construction will become a strong leader in the construction industry well into the 21st century.
