In 2002, the historic Georgian mansion property was bought by a group of investors in the Burlington area.  They envisioned a truly unique condominium opportunity and engaged Vail Design Group and Wiemann Lamphere Architects to collaborate with noted landscape architect Keith Wagner to begin the process of research, analysis, and conceptual design.  The result of that design process is a reinvigorated life for the old structure.

The original house was adapted into five three-story luxury condominiums, with all of the impossible-to-duplicate period detail, moldings, and woodwork intact.  State-of-the-art mechanical systems are provided throughout.  The 60s era addition was demolished and in its place is a beautiful yet deferential residence, known as The Carriage House.  It contains an additional six fully equipped two-story luxury condominium homes.  The lushly landscaped site includes a tennis court and swimming pool.
