Vergennes Senior Living Housing Complete!

Wiemann Lamphere Architects would like to congratulate Housing Vermont (HVT) and the Addison County Community Trust (ACCT) on the completion of their independent senior living community building, located on Armory Road Extension in Vergennes.   The building will provide 25 units of affordable senior housing as well as community and activity space located on the first level. The building’s exterior walls are extremely efficient and the building’s hot water is heated by a combination of solar domestic hot water panels located on the roof and a wood pellet boiler hydronic heating system.
